Cooley May
Founding Partner
Cooley is the CEO of C-MACC, a leading global research and consulting company focused on chemicals and associated industries. Cooley, a Mississippi native and C-MACC bring a strategic and development edge to Issaquena Green Power. His experience spans equity research, consulting, investment banking, and other areas of finance. Prior to co-founding C-MACC, Cooley was Managing Director and Sector Head of US Basic Materials and Industrials Equity Research at Macquarie, where he also served as a senior analyst specializing in the chemical and agriculture sectors, and named “Best on the Street” by the Wall Street Journal in 2013.
Charles Weissinger, Jr.
Founding Partner
Charles is a resident of Rolling Fork, MS., and is the attorney for the board of Issaquena County. Charles is a former member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Jefferson Bank of Greenville, Mississippi, and Chairman of the Bank of Lake Village, Arkansas. As a young man, Charles worked up to first mate on a barge line boat on the MS River working intermittently for seven years as he worked his way through undergraduate at Virginia Tech and law school at Ole Miss. Charles has intimate knowledge of the MS River, having become a steersman on a river boat driving 15 barges under the Natchez bridge before leaving the river to be a practicing attorney.
Diane Chamberlain
Executive Chairman
Diane Chamberlain brings three decades of energy industry experience from Baystar, Shell, Chevron Phillips Chemical, and Chevron. Her leadership will drive growth and innovation at Issaquena Green Power and C-MACC. Daine was most recently, president of Baystar, a Texas-based joint venture of TotalEnergies and Borealis that manufactures highly-customized enhanced polyethylene. Previously, she worked at Shell for more than a decade in roles of increasing responsibility managing technical services, marketing, and hydrocracking, and optimizing supply chains globally. Chamberlain started her career at Chevron as an engineer and manager, and later served at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company.

By harnessing hydropower – the world’s most reliable, continuous, and cost-effective renewable energy – our team develops modular and scalable generation for industrial consumers.
