Graham Copley

CEO & Founding Partner

Graham’s extensive 40+ year experience in energy, chemicals, and associated industries, along with many years in global investment banking and research, makes him highly qualified for a diverse range of consulting and advisory roles, and it has positioned him well as the CEO of Issaquena Green Power and Founding Partner of C-MACC, a leading global research and consulting company focused on chemicals and associated industries. With his profound industry knowledge, wide-ranging expertise, and international coverage, he is well-equipped to provide valuable insights and guidance, as well as lead an exciting renewable power initiative.

Cooley May

Founding Partner, Senior Advisor

Cooley is the CEO of C-MACC, a leading global research and consulting company focused on chemicals and associated industries. Cooley, a Mississippi native and C-MACC bring a strategic and development edge to Issaquena Green Power. His experience spans equity research, consulting, investment banking, and other areas of finance. Prior to co-founding C-MACC, Cooley was Managing Director and Sector Head of US Basic Materials and Industrials Equity Research at Macquarie, where he also served as a senior analyst specializing in the chemical and agriculture sectors, and named “Best on the Street” by the Wall Street Journal in 2013.

Charles Weissinger, Jr.

Founding Partner, Senior Advisor

Charles is a resident of Rolling Fork, MS., and is the attorney for the board of Issaquena County. Charles is a former member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Jefferson Bank of Greenville, Mississippi, and Chairman of the Bank of Lake Village, Arkansas. As a young man, Charles worked up to first mate on a barge line boat on the MS River working intermittently for seven years as he worked his way through undergraduate at Virginia Tech and law school at Ole Miss. Charles has intimate knowledge of the MS River, having become a steersman on a river boat driving 15 barges under the Natchez bridge before leaving the river to be a practicing attorney.
